The City Empiria administrative building was built 25 years ago as the headquarters of PZO Motokov, which gained a reputation thanks to its architectural design and is considered one of the most successful buildings of its time. The building has 27 floors and a height of 104 meters, which makes it the third tallest building in the Czech Republic and at the same time allows wonderful panoramic views of the landmarks of Prague.
At City Empiria, we offer unfurnished offices for long-term rent and furnished offices for short-term rent. The premises are located on the 4th and 5th floors and are available for rent from one month to several years.
