Mercury, Prague 7 Holešovice, Argentinská 38

Mercury is a new development project set to rise at Argentinská 38 in Prague 7 – Holešovice. This innovative project will become the first Czech office building constructed according to the principles of the circular economy. The building will reuse materials from the original brutalist Merkuria structure, built in 1971, significantly reducing its carbon footprint and environmental impact. Mercury will offer approximately 20,000 sqm of premium office and retail space with a strong focus on sustainability and user comfort. The project aims for the highest certifications in ecological construction and user well-being – LEED, WELL, and WELL Health-Safety Rating. These certifications ensure that the building meets strict standards for energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and safety. One of the project’s key features will be extensive green roofs and terraces – the largest of their kind in the Czech Republic – providing tenants with pleasant spaces for relaxation and informal meetings. Additionally, the developer will contribute to the creation of a new park in close proximity to the building, expanding leisure options for both tenants and the public.
