The Hila project brings a unique combination of office, residential, and retail spaces to Brumlovka. The building will feature modern technologies, including radiant ceilings for cooling and heating, combined with heat pumps. This system ensures a healthy indoor environment while providing an energy-efficient and eco-friendly solution. The entire project reflects a modern approach to ESG strategies, emphasizing sustainability and responsible environmental practices. Hila is strategically located in the popular Brumlovka area, known for its excellent accessibility, rich civic amenities, and pleasant environment for both work and living. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027 and will bring a modern multifunctional building to the market that seamlessly combines life, work, and relaxation under one roof.
